Through intensive case management, STW case managers work with the guests to identify the needs, develop a housing plan, provide resource referrals, and meet on a weekly basis to provide support.

Residential Emergency

Our Residential Emergency Program offers those experiencing homelessness temporary shelter, intensive case management, and help to find income.

Diversion

The need doesn't start and stop at the door of Share the Warmth and neither does the help.

Outreach

Our outreach program is a needs focused street program that meets those in need in the encampments, on the streets, and where they call home.

Extreme Weather Shelter

Share the Warmth offers opportunities 12 months a year during extreme weather events.

On-site services

These on-site services are offered by Share the Warmth of Lenawee through partnerships with community businesses and other agencies.
